CEO and President
Ms. Fritz has an extensive management and sales background in the Data Communication Cabling and IT industry spanning more than 25 years. She personally manages large services and solutions projects, and under her leadership, ACCI has achieved over 95% repeat business.
She is the sole proprietor of ACCI, which she founded in 1991. She has directed the company to a Federal Government, customer-focused, organization and has doubled annual revenues in the last 3 years.
Office Manager/Radio Sales Specialist
Ms. Gutwein began working for ACCI in 2012, she manages Accounts Payable & Receivable departments, Payroll, and administrative support. Additionally, Ms. Gutwein has handled our Motorola Sales since 2016. Within our company we take great pride in providing the best experience possible for our customers. With that being said, we believe nothing is more frustrating for a contracting officer to be shuffled from one person to another therefore from the very first call to the time the shipment is on your location you deal directly with Ms. Gutwein.
Mr. Fritz officially began working for ACCI in 2004 as an apprentice and moved into the office in 2014 under the role of Project Manager/Estimator. Mr. Fritz is responsible for detailed, daily supervision of projects, estimating and working closely with customers to ensure that the project meets both ACCI standards and the customers’ satisfaction. Building on his lifelong experience with the company and ability to connect with customers, Mr. Fritz is taking on a larger role in business development, working closely with CEO Ruth Fritz.
Research and Development
Ms. Southwell joined the ACCI Team in May 2016 as their Government Sales Specialist. Ms. Southwell has 32 years’ experience in government contracting. Previous to joining the ACCI Team Ms. Southwell spent 22 years as the Program Director of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center in Jackson Michigan assisting small businesses in a 6-county area with Federal and State contracting. Ms. Southwell also worked for 10 years as a Procurement Counselor covering various counties throughout the State of Michigan. Ms. Southwell has an extensive background in all aspects of government contracting with an emphasis on Department of Defense acquisition procedures.
