(ACCI) is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and has been incorporated in Michigan since 1992. Our corporate office is in Kentucky with our office in Michigan as our satellite location. We are a highly qualified and experienced company offering comprehensive services to a diverse client base including: government agencies, commercial projects, universities, schools, and industrial entities. Additionally, we provide partnering relationships with telecommunications, design professionals, and even competing organizations. We have been involved in technology projects of all sizes; we are well equipped with experienced knowledge to take on most any project.

Ruth Fritz
CEO and President
Ms. Fritz is the sole proprietor of ACCI, founded in 1991, and utilizes her 30 years of extensive experience within the Data Communications and IT Industry to provide ACCI with operational leadership and sales management. She personally manages all aspects of large services and solutions projects, and by doing so has achieved 95% repeat business with our customers. Ruth has guided ACCI’s involvement with the Federal Government contracts, as a customer-focused contractor, to double annual revenues in the past three years.
David Arbuckle
Business Development and Kentucky Operations Manager
Mr. Arbuckle joined ACCI in 2018, after an extensive career in the Construction and Building Material Industries where he served in various positions including Operations Management, Human Resources, and Governmental Compliance. The combination of extensive work experience and a Business Management Degree from Michigan State University provides our customers with confidence they are receiving experienced and professional project management.
Bryan Fritz
Project Manager/Estimator
Mr. Fritz has worked his entire adult life with ACCI, starting as an apprentice in 1994 and becoming the Project Manager/Estimator in 2014. Bryan is responsible for the daily administration of our projects, estimating, and working directly with our customers to ensure our performance meets ACCI standards and customer expectations. With his vast knowledge of our Industry and his ability to communicate with our customers, at all levels, make Bryan uniquely qualified to provide the precise communication solution required to complete your project.
Nicole Gutwein
Office Manager/Radio Sales Specialist
Ms. Gutwein began her career with ACCI in 2012, and is currently responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Administrative Support. Additionally, in 2016 Nicole became our Motorola Radio expert, and manages every step of your purchasing experience from answering your questions, sourcing the Motorola solution, quoting your order, procuring the radios, to tracking the final product delivery.
